Section 11-20-121 - Penalties for Failure to Comply With Certain Provisions

11-20-121. Penalties for failure to comply with certain provisions. Any person violating or failing to comply with the provisions of W.S. 11-20-102, 11-20-110 or 11-20-118 through 11-20-120 shall be imprisoned in the county jail not exceeding six (6) months, or fined not less than twenty-five dollars ($25.00) or more than five hundred dollars ($500.00), or both.
