11-20-216. Procurement, form, contents and validity of truck-fleet shipment permit. When a shipment of livestock is to be made in more than one (1) truck and the entire shipment is listed on one (1) certificate of inspection, or one (1) shipper's certificate and agreement, or on any single permit required by law, the person in charge of the shipment shall obtain a truck-fleet shipment permit. The board shall prepare the form and contents of the permit. The permit is valid only for the shipment specified and on the date or dates shown.
