Section 11-22-105 - License; Disposition of Fees; Payment of Expenses

11-22-105. License; disposition of fees; payment of expenses. All license fees collected under this act shall be deposited in the state general fund. Expenses incurred in the administration of this act shall be paid out of a general fund appropriation as provided by law.
