11-24-113. When shipping prohibited. It is unlawful for any person to drive or ship, or cause to be driven or shipped, or to consign or cause to be consigned, without authority from the owner, any estray from any place within this state, except through or to a point or place where an inspector or inspectors are located by the livestock board.
