Section 11-34-127 - Surety Bonds; Generally

11-34-127. Surety bonds; generally. Whenever a bond or undertaking is required by this act or by the board to be given, it shall be held to mean a surety bond furnished by a surety company authorized and qualified to do business in this state. Such bonds shall run to the state loan and investment board and the form thereof shall be approved by the attorney general.
