11-40-101. Definitions. (a) As used in this chapter: (i) 'Committee' means the Wyoming lean beef committee created by W.S. 11-40-102; (ii) 'Geographically exclusive license' means a license which gives the licensee the sole right to market Wyoming lean beef at retail, or at wholesale for resale at retail, within the geographic market specified by the committee.
