11-40-109. Termination of existence of committee. (a) Repealed By Laws 2010, Ch. 69, 204. (b) If the sales volume falls below one million dollars ($1,000,000.00) for three (3) successive years, the existence of the committee shall terminate on July 1 of the fourth year.
