11-7-206. Restrictions on apiary locations. Pollination apiaries, landowner apiaries and hobbyist apiaries may be located less than two (2) miles from pollination apiaries, landowner apiaries, hobbyist apiaries and general apiaries registered to other persons. General apiaries may be located within two (2) miles of one another only under the provisions of W.S. 11-7-202.
