Section 11-7-208 - New Locations; Evidence of Owner's or Manager's Permission

11-7-208. New locations; evidence of owner's or manager's permission. Any person registering a new location for the first time shall have the approval signature of the landowner or manager thereof indicating that the landowner has given permission to place an apiary on his property.
