11-7-210. Normal buildup and honey producing season; registration time; voiding registration. (a) The normal buildup and honey producing season begins on May 1 and continues through September 30. (b) The regular registration time consists of the months of February through April. (c) The established way for voiding the registration of an apiary shall be initiated and completed by January 31 during the same registration year that the apiary was not in use.
