12-4-603. Annexation of retail liquor license or malt beverage permit into 5-mile zone; renewal. (a) A county retail liquor license having licensed premises located within a five (5) mile zone around an incorporated city or town because of annexation of property shall not be denied an application for renewal by reason of annexation alone.
