12-4-604. Transfer or sale of license or permit; attachment, garnishment or execution. No license or permit shall be transferred or sold except as provided by W.S. 12-4-601 and 12-4-602, used for any place not described in the license or permit at the time of issuance or subject to attachment, garnishment or execution.
