Section 13-10-103 - Fraudulent Insolvency

13-10-103. Fraudulent insolvency. (a) Repealed by Laws 1985, ch. 162, 2. (b) Any officer or director of a financial institution who participates in a fraudulent insolvency of a financial institution is guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) nor more than one thousand dollars ($1,000.00), imprisonment for not less than one (1) month nor more than one (1) year, or both.
