14-6-205. Taking of child into custody; when permitted. (a) A child may be taken into custody by a law enforcement officer without a warrant or court order when: (i) The circumstances would permit an arrest without a warrant under W.S. 7-2-102; (ii) There are reasonable grounds to believe the child has violated the terms of an order of the juvenile court issued pursuant to this act; or (iii) Repealed By Laws 1997, ch. 199, 3. (iv) The child's conduct or behavior seriously endangers himself or the person or property of others and immediate custody appears necessary. (v) Repealed By Laws 1997, ch. 199, 3.
