Section 15-1-104 - Authority to Carry Liability Insurance

15-1-104. Authority to carry liability insurance. (a) Any city or town may carry liability insurance in an amount the governing body deems necessary. The insurance shall be: (i) On standard policy forms approved by the state insurance commissioner; (ii) With companies authorized to do business in Wyoming; (iii) Paid out of the general fund of the city or town.
