Section 15-1-109 - When Clerk May Administer Oaths

15-1-109. When clerk may administer oaths. (a) The clerk of any city or town may administer oaths to persons for any city or town purpose for which an oath is required or authorized by law. (b) In adding his jurat to any oath he administers, the clerk shall attach the official seal of the city or town to the jurat.
