15-3-208. Treasurer; failure to provide required reports; removal; vacancy. (a) Repealed by Laws 1985, ch. 152, 4. (b) If the treasurer neglects or fails to provide financial reports as required by the governing body, the mayor may declare the office vacant and fill the vacancy by appointment according to W.S. 15-3-204.
