Section 15-7-510 - Compelling Officials to Perform Duties

15-7-510. Compelling officials to perform duties. The holder of any bond issued under this article, or of any coupon representing interest accrued thereon, by proper suit, may compel the officials of the city or town to perform all duties imposed upon them by this article.
