Section 15-9-126 - Bonds; Recitation Thereon

15-9-126. Bonds; recitation thereon. In any suit, action or proceeding involving the validity or enforceability of any bond issued under this chapter or the security therefor, the bond reciting in substance that it has been issued by the municipality in connection with an urban renewal project, as defined in W.S. 15-9-103 is conclusively deemed to have been issued for that purpose and the project is conclusively deemed to have been planned, located and carried out in accordance with the provisions of this chapter.
