Section 15-9-215 - Limitation of Actions

15-9-215. Limitation of actions. After thirty (30) days from the effective date of any ordinance or resolution authorizing the issuance of bonds pursuant to this article, all actions or suits challenging its findings, determinations or contents or challenging the validity of the bonds shall be perpetually barred.
