Section 16-4-112 - Transfer of Unencumbered or Unexpended Appropriation Balances

16-4-112. Transfer of unencumbered or unexpended appropriation balances. At the request of the budget officer or upon its own motion after publication of notice, the governing body may by resolution transfer any unencumbered or unexpended appropriation balance or part thereof from one (1) fund, department or account to another.
