16-5-109. Costs of refunding. The incidental costs of the refunding of public securities may be paid by the purchaser of the refunding public securities or defrayed from the general fund of the public body or from the proceeds of the refunding public securities or from the interest or other yield derived from the investment of the proceeds or from other sources legally available therefor.
