16-6-115. Contractor's performance and payment bond or other guarantee; limitation of actions. No action shall be maintained on any bond or other form of guarantee satisfactory to the public entity under W.S. 16-6-112 unless commenced within one (1) year after the date of final completion of the public work as provided in W.S. 16-6-116(a)(iv).
