16-6-119. Contracts for public works; right to reject bids or responses; qualifications of bidders and respondents. Every public entity shall be authorized to determine the qualifications and responsibilities of bidders or respondents on contracts for public works and may reject any or all bids or responses for which it solicits based on the qualifications and responsibilities of bidders and respondents and readvertise for bids or responses.
