16-6-708. Responsibilities under alternative delivery contracts. (a) Any construction manager agent, construction manager at risk or design-builder contract awarded shall comply with any reporting and administrative requirements as required by the public entity of the recipient of a design, bid and build contract, including retained payments, payment and performance bonding and default of contract. (b) All bids received under this section including subcontractor bids, shall be opened in public following reasonable public notice.
