16-7-114. Appeals by aggrieved persons. Any person or business concern aggrieved by a final administrative determination pursuant to the Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act concerning eligibility for relocation payments authorized by this act may appeal that determination to the district court in the area in which the land taken for public use is located or in which the building code enforcement activity occurs or the voluntary rehabilitation program is conducted.
