17-14-1009. Applicability of other provisions. (a) In any case not provided for in this act, the provisions of the Uniform Partnership Act apply. (b) In cases concerning service of process on the secretary of state as agent for a foreign limited partnership, provisions of the Wyoming Business Corporations Act concerning service of process, the manner of service and fees charged apply.
