Section 17-21-1105 - Registered Limited Liability Partnership by Licensed Persons

17-21-1105. Registered limited liability partnership by licensed persons. Nothing in this act shall be interpreted as precluding an individual whose occupation requires licensure under Wyoming law or the law of another jurisdiction from forming a registered limited liability partnership if the applicable licensing statutes do not prohibit it and the licensing body does not prohibit it by rule or regulation adopted consistent with the appropriate licensing statute. Each licensed professional offering professional services through a registered limited liability partnership shall retain their professional license in good standing and shall be subject to all rules, regulations, standards and requirements pertaining thereto.
