Section 18-1-320 - New County to Issue Warrants in Payment; Tax Levy

18-1-320. New county to issue warrants in payment; tax levy. (a) Upon receiving the order of the court pursuant to W.S. 18-1-319 the board of county commissioners of the new county shall issue and deliver warrants to the commissioners of the original county or counties. (b) Each year the board of county commissioners of the new county shall levy a sufficient tax upon all the taxable property in the county to pay its proportionate share of the indebtedness.
