18-1-401. Commissioners to order surveyor of their respective counties to make survey. Whenever a dispute arises between two (2) adjoining counties as to the location of the boundary line between them each board of county commissioners shall order their county surveyor to survey the disputed boundary line with the county surveyor of the other county at a time agreed upon by each board of county commissioners.
