18-12-131. Bonds subject to call and redemption. All or any part of the bonds issued by the board may be issued subject to call and redemption before maturity at the option of the board. Such bonds and the resolution authorizing issuance thereof shall contain a provision to that effect and the resolution shall contain the price at which the bond shall be redeemed.
