18-3-304. Travel allowances. When any county attorney is called upon to render services for the county outside of his county or consolidation of counties, or within his county or consolidation of counties at a distance of more than ten (10) miles from the county seat, or more than ten (10) miles from his own residence, he may in the discretion of the board or boards of county commissioners receive his actual and necessary traveling expenses as provided by W.S. 9-3-103 in attending to such services, in addition to his salary as county attorney.
