18-3-515. Preparation and publication of annual statements. Each board of county commissioners at their regular July meeting shall request a statement of the receipts and expenditures of the county during the preceding twelve (12) months setting forth the source and amount of all receipts and the purpose and the amount of all expenditures to be prepared upon reconciliation of all accounts by the county treasurer and county clerk, not later than September 30. The statement shall be signed by the chairman and clerk of the board and shall be posted on the county's designated official website in the manner provided in W.S. 18-3-516(f) and published at least once in the county's designated official newspaper.
