18-5-317. Subsequent sale of subdivided lots. If any lot, unit, tract or parcel is created pursuant to a subdivision and the lot, unit, tract or parcel is sold pursuant to a contract for deed, notice of the contract for deed shall be recorded with the county clerk within ten (10) days after the contract was executed.
