Section 18-8-103 - Authority to Establish Fund for Improvements; Revenues Derived From Taxation and From Memorial Hospital Fund

18-8-103. Authority to establish fund for improvements; revenues derived from taxation and from memorial hospital fund. The board of county commissioners of any county having a county memorial hospital may establish a fund of a certain amount to be raised within a certain number of years for the purpose of constructing improvements, equipping improvements already erected or for purchasing land for the county memorial hospital. The fund shall be created and added to from taxation as provided by W.S. 18-8-102 and from any funds in the county memorial hospital fund remaining unexpended at the end of any fiscal year exclusive of funds maintained as reserve for depreciation and the cash reserve fund authorized by W.S. 16-4-105. The fund shall be expended as provided in W.S. 18-8-102(b).
