19-10-107. Worker's compensation. In the event of disability or death resulting from an injury while in state active duty under orders of the governor, members of the Wyoming state guard are entitled to the same benefits provided for employees under the provisions of the Wyoming Worker's Compensation Act. Benefits shall be paid out of the general fund of Wyoming upon certification by the state council of defense.
