Section 19-13-116 - Enforcement of Orders, Rules and Regulations

19-13-116. Enforcement of orders, rules and regulations. Every homeland security program established pursuant to this act and the officers thereof shall execute and enforce orders, rules and regulations made by the governor under authority of this act. Each organization shall have available for inspection at its office all orders, rules and regulations made by the governor or under his authority.
