19-13-206. Filing of agreement. (a) Within twenty (20) days after approval by the attorney general, an agreement made pursuant to this act shall be filed in the office of: (i) Each clerk and recorder of each county of this state where the principal office of one (1) of the parties to the agreement is located; and (ii) The secretary of state.
