Section 2-1-208 - Venue Generally

2-1-208. Venue generally. (a) An application for a decree under W.S. 2-1-205 shall be filed as follows: (i) If the decedent was a resident of Wyoming at the time of his death, in the county of which the decedent was a resident; (ii) If the decedent was not a resident of Wyoming at the time of his death, in a county in which any part of the estate is located.
