Section 2-2-309 - Trial by Court or Jury

2-2-309. Trial by court or jury. If no jury is demanded, the court shall try the issues joined. If, on written demand, a jury is called for by either party in a matter triable under W.S. 2-2-308, one shall be had as in other civil cases.
