Section 2-7-107 - Disposition of Partnership Business

2-7-107. Disposition of partnership business. When a partnership exists between the decedent at the time of his death and any other person or persons, the surviving partner or partners may continue in possession of the partnership and settle its business, but the interest of the decedent in the partnership shall be included in the inventory and appraised as other property. The surviving partner or partners shall settle the affairs of the partnership without delay, account to the personal representative and pay the funds as from time to time are payable to him, in the right of the decedent.
