Section 2-7-410 - Appraisement of After-Discovered Property; Filing; Enforcement

2-7-410. Appraisement of after-discovered property; filing; enforcement. Whenever property not mentioned in any inventory comes to the possession or knowledge of the personal representative, he shall cause the same to be appraised in the manner prescribed and an appraisement thereof filed within one (1) month after the discovery. The making of the appraisement may be enforced, after notice, by any and all remedies provided by this code.
