Section 2-7-602 - When Conveyance Required; Time and Place for Hearing; Notice

2-7-602. When conveyance required; time and place for hearing; notice. On presentation of a verified petition by any person claiming to be entitled to the conveyance from a personal representative setting forth the facts upon which the claim is predicated, the court shall appoint a time and place for hearing the petition and notice thereof shall be personally served on the personal representative.
