Section 2-7-606 - When Conveyance Required; Dismissal of Petition; Specific Performance

2-7-606. When conveyance required; dismissal of petition; specific performance. If upon hearing the right of the petitioner to have specific performance of the contract is found to be doubtful, the court shall dismiss the petition without prejudice to the right of the petitioner, who may at any time within two (2) months thereafter proceed by action to enforce specific performance thereof.
