Section 2-7-607 - When Conveyance Required; Title to Pass

2-7-607. When conveyance required; title to pass. Every conveyance made in pursuance of an order or decree as provided in W.S. 2-7-601 or 2-7-604 shall pass title to the estate contracted for as fully as if the contracting party himself was still living and executed the conveyance.
