Section 2-7-713 - Claims Allowed in Part

2-7-713. Claims allowed in part. Whenever the personal representative allows a claim in part, he shall state in his report to the clerk the amount he allows. If the creditor refuses to accept the amount allowed in full satisfaction of his claim, he shall recover no costs in any action brought against the personal representative unless he is granted judgment for a greater amount than that allowed.
