Section 20-6-205 - When Income Withholding Order Becomes Effective

20-6-205. When income withholding order becomes effective. (a) Except as otherwise provided by W.S. 20-6-204(a), an income withholding order which did not become effective immediately upon entry, becomes effective upon the earliest of the following: (i) Repealed By Laws 2000, Ch. 2, 2. (ii) The date the obligor requests withholding commence; or (iii) The date the obligor becomes delinquent in payment of an amount equal to one (1) month's support obligation under the support order.
