Section 21-13-702 - Construction of School Building on Leased Land; State and Its Agencies Authorized to Enter Into Leases

21-13-702. Construction of school building on leased land; state and its agencies authorized to enter into leases. A school building may be constructed on leased land provided that the lease shall be for a term of years not less than the economic life of the building as determined by the board. The state of Wyoming and any board, commission, department, corporation, instrumentality, or agency thereof may enter into such a lease with a school district notwithstanding any other provision of law limiting the term of such a lease.
