Section 21-13-713 - Tax Levy

21-13-713. Tax levy. The board of county commissioners shall cause to be levied annually upon all taxable property of the school district, in addition to other authorized taxes, a sufficient sum to pay the principal and interest on school district bonds as the payments thereon become due. All taxes for the repayment of bonded indebtedness shall be levied, assessed, and collected in the same manner as other taxes for school purposes. The taxes shall be levied in the manner prescribed above until the principal and interest of the bonds are fully paid.
