21-16-710. Disposition of monies received. Monies received pursuant to this article, whether as proceeds from the sale of obligations or as revenues, receipts or income, shall be held as trust funds to be applied solely as provided in the proceedings under which the obligations are authorized. The trustee shall hold and apply the monies for purposes authorized by this article and by the proceedings authorizing the obligations and included in the resolution or indenture providing for the issuance of the obligations.
